Decks are assigned randomly by Happy and Yajima. Both Happy and Yajima must agree on each deck to ensure that the tournament is fair. There may be no tier 1, 2, or 3 decks unless determined otherwise by Happy and/or Yajima. Each participant has half an hour to build the deck. Duels will be matches so side decks should be prepared. Decks will be sent in to Happy or Yajima to ensure that the tournament is fair.
